Technical Few problems with new 1.9 Multijet

So, just purchased a new 1.9 Multijet sport

Got 2 problems, both I can live with, but are annoying and I need sorting
Car was cheap, so I'm not complaining too much

First off, 6th gear randomly pops itself out while driving. Haven't quite narrowed it down to a specific thing yet, as it was pretty much motorway miles home then

Secondly, the dashboard display, is all in a foreign language, I'd say eastern european, how do I change this back? The spoken voice that appears at times, is in english still
The battery has been disconnected at some point as the clock is wrong and keeps flashing

Okay, so I managed to get the language changed, now it's just the issue of the 6th gear popping out of place

I couldn't say actual model, but reverse is bottom right

Sounds like the C630 box... im sure the m32 getrag box is top left for reverse.

Anyhow - they both share faults, the M32 has a much higher failure rate.
I had an Astra SRI 150 on hire for a month and two weeks into the hire - 2nd gear was jumping out, then 4th and then 6th gear.

It's down to the shaft bearings in the box, get it sorted before it becomes a full box replacement.
