Tuning Faulty Gtec 2 chip from ebay

I bought a G-Tech 2 chip for my 20v turbo and fitted it today. It caused my key code light to come on and the car would not start. I replaced the old chip and the car is fine now.

I bought the chip from e-bay new from (turbonoz). where is the best place to by a good g-tech chip? and not faulty crap!

Only one place to buy a G-Tec chip - direct from the guy that writes them - GrahamL

You can find him on the Coupe forum, or on Ebay (username of 'traumax', I believe)

Anything else runs the risk of being a fake, a copy, or worse still, a totally blank chip

Also - why did you buy a G-Tec 2? This chip is for cars that need a bit of extra fuel over the G-Tec 1 - what supporting mods are you running?

NEVER buy a (new) G-Tech from anybody except "Traumax" on ebay, or GrahamL elswhere. Send it back, get your money back, and PM GrahamL on the fiat coupe forum ( www.fccuk.org/forum ) and get yourself a GTech 1

I got a G-tech 2 from Grayham of Ebay. Not fitted it yet but will let you know how it run's.

I have a front mounted intercooler and a full ss exhaust system, so it should work well.

The chip is going in my just finished bravo 20v turbo conversion. And I will be in Santa -pod on the 5th -7th ultimate street car fest if anyone is going.

Make sure you report the SOAB to ebay. Scum...
