Technical Fault Diagnosis Software

Hi there. I'm a new Multi owner with a question.

Is there any software available to analyse fault codes for Fiats?

I own a triumph motorcycle and a VW and have bits of software that can be used to analyse the fault codes (and retune on my Triumph) by just connecting a USB to ODB cable.

as you open the drivers side door, there is a little tray to hold nothing really! just below steering wheel height right up against the door an there is a flap on it, the obd2 port is behind that
