Technical Fault code reader question

Just a quick question, I have a 1996 MK1 ELX is it OBD II compatible?

Also where is the diagnostic plug on the Punto?

No i still haven't got round to buying one yet, might order it tonight if i remember.

Once i get it and try it out i will post some results and how easy it was to use etc..
