Mate - was that you at Brooklands today, about 300 yards up the hill..... If so, what the hell happened? I saw you shift into 2nd and the whole of the front of the car shake like a bastard - we thought the bonnet was going to pop - then it all went a bit rough!

We didnt add to the mill of people staring under your bonnet - so we thought we would leave you to it.

Errrmmmm........ yeah..... kinda of embarrasing!!!!

Basically the dizzy cap clip (1 of them is a bit fooked) had come off leaving the cap a bit lose, so no decent spark. Then found out it had muched the rotor arm at the same time. Popped to halfords £2.99 later new rotor arm and bent the clip and she was all working again.

Fantastic news! Both Andy and myself were standing on the rails where it went bang and both looked at each other and winced thinking that it sounded pretty terminal. Serves you right though for hassling that poor guy in the Pantera in front of you when he had trouble - lol - we watched you getting impatient!
