How are you finding the viper Rob, are you as chuffed as i was with mine?

Chris

Yes Chris Very pleased.

Very nice but of kit to look at.

Perfect sound

And a very good performance increase too.

Re: Re: Fao Rob D

1.8 mate, The performance increase was unbelievable for just an induction kit. roars aswell. seriously considering selling at the end of summer though to get a 92/93 toyota celica gt4. I've fallen in love. or maybe a nissan 200sx

Re: Re: Re: Fao Rob D

200SX, the 1.8 is a corker and the 2.0 isnt too bad although seemes sluggish in comparison, but the car had put on a bit of weight by then.

I had one for 90,000 trouble free miles except for a blown turbo gasket. A bloody superb car and pissed over my frineds Celica GT, not sure about a GT4 though as I have never driven one. The accelaration on them is unbeleivable, but they are NOT a car for timid or inexperienced drivers as the rear end will slide causing huge grins all round!

I must admit to thinking about buying another one for a fun car......

Its funny you guys should mention the Celica as i've been looking at a couple recently as a second car.

Basicaly The situation is When I get the Bravo sprayed up It will spend most of winter in the garage. So I'll need a second car and a I quite fancy a celica on an m-p plate

I think they are exelent value for money and even for there age still look very cool.

Hi Rob

The celica is a cool car mate!! When i went in one its low down and feels real sporty...unfortunatly i was only a passenger! but they just dont brake!!! They are real good cars for reliability so sounds good

BTW how much did the viper cost u lads, is the best place to go for need for speed??

Cheers, Al

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Fao Rob D

Well I have been looking at the celica's thinking of changing my bravo (need to have a quicker car, just has to be done, might even think about getting another Punto GT) Had a go of my uncles 2.0 GT celica and was impressed it was pulling good and that was with 4 people in (he got rid of it for a Rav4 don't ask WAY).

This is why I have been asking about the MPG on the HGT (I do a lot of miles in a week around 400 and that is not including when I go to the meets).

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Fao Rob D

sorry lads but for me its definitely got to be the gt4. preferably a limited edition carlos sainz or an rc. 205bhp 2.0 turbo 4wd. if i can get a 92j plate i'll be well chuffed.
