Hi ya,

Was that you checking out my Ink Black Bravo on Thursday night just opposite the Mersey Pub?

Did try and flash you to say hi as literally 30mins before hand I'd been looking at these forums and seen the pics you'd posted of your Bravo so I recognised it straight away.

Anyway, just thought I'd introduce myself and maybe I'll see you around the area again!

:)

re: LOL!

LOL! yeah that was me!!

I used to live down west bank years ago, 23d Wright Crescent, at the top of Irwel street.

I was just cruisin and I seen your bravo, so slowed to have a look, then sped off :D lol!

My bravo a headturner then? hehe.

Sorry mate didn't know you flashed me though! - only came down to see bucks corner that had fell down.. and to see some old mates from there. :)

speak to ya soon Gary maybe!

Regards

Ian.

Re: re: LOL!

So is this 'yet another' Bravo owner from the North West then?

Re: re: LOL!

I guess I'm kind of a Northerner now.

I'm still curently a Midlander as I spend most of my weekends at home down here in Birmingham. In march though I started working for a software company based in Manor Park so I've been renting accomodation during the week over in West Bank. I am currently in the process of buying me first house in the North though which will hopefully go through in the next month or so.

So now my life story is out of the way.....the Bravo is an Ink Black 1.8 16V HLX. Only got it in March so not much done to it yet. Changed the headunit, and got rid of all the standard badges and replaced them with a few arbarth ones.

The previous owner had put a rather shitty looking exhuast pipe end on it which is still there unfortunatley. Once my house goes through I'm hoping to sort the exhuast out, do something with the suspension as I hate the way the front dives into the corners at speed, and change the wheels although not too sure which ones suit the Bravo yet.

Not too much of a body work modding fan, prefer it to look like a clean example of the standard car, that drives way better and faster than the standard car ever could.

Will hopefully get to see some of you around the area then!

Re: LOL!

Ahh, okay Gary. So your living up north now, in West Bank? or?

I drove down there this evening, about 8:30ish, didn't see any Bravo's :)
Are you going to Winwick Quay on Monday btw? I know I am, and a few others are. Great opportunity for new ideas etc..

Let me know what your doing :)
