erm...ive had a very busy day playing PGR2 on the Xbox and have been attempting to break 6 minutes on the full Nurburgring circuit. as of today my fastest lap is 6m:03s.6 with the Cerbera speed 12. just wondered if anyone else has beaten me and broken 6mins? I consider myself a bit of a hero at PGR2.

hehehehe. trying to beat 6min is like a whole game in itself - ive tried for months! the TVR is the only car that can break it...i'm beginning to think the programmers made it so that the 100% perfect lap of the nurburgering was 6min.

this devastating lack of replies can only mean people still have their noses shoved firmly up Gran(499 versions of a Daihatsu Charade) Turismo's bottom.

actually i think pgr2 was crap. maybe i just need to play it more. but the 20 mins i did play it seemed like a lawn cutter than a sky line. i hate ps2 i mean REALLY HATE the controlle pad hurts if u hold it for more than 2 mins but GRAN TURISMO is by far the better game. infact closest thing to gran turismo we got on xbox is sega gt racing.

sega gt was one of the worst 'simulators' i played, no feeling of speed and handling like a triumph acclaim. play PGR 2 again smee it's the absolute nmutts nuts, as for GT3....yawn...I have driven this track 14 times just to afford the upgrades i need to compete at the next level, I got so bored I contemplated chewing my fingers off to give me an excuse never to play it again.

Agreed Jayfish. Sega GT 'handles' worse than Gran turismo...and thats saying something. only three racing games ive played that simulate 'handling' well whilst sounding and looking authentic with a great sense of speed are PGR2, Rallisport Challenge 2 and 'geoff crammonds Grand Prix4' on pc. GranT can only boast of its number of cars - 80% of which are boring.

1) most realistic game is gran turismo dont care wat any 1 says the feel of each car the speed its just right.

2) reason pgr2 has a sense of speed cos the cars r on tracks then all of a sudden BAM ur back ends gone ur out of controle. not realistic.

3) sega gt is a good game. lacks the sence of speedbut al round its a good game.

4) grand prix 4 never played it

5) that raly game is crop. i spent a shed load on it to find it was **** good job i kept the reciot and took it back. bourght v rally 3 (classic) toe jam and ear 3 aswell
