Technical Fan belt came off...damaged timing belt casing

Belt jumped off the other day.. It jumped towards the engine and sliced a channel in the timing belt casing before coming off altogether.
Anyway I reckon it's best do both belts and tensioners.
It's a 115 jtd elx with aircon

The tensioner or shop4parts is aircon tensioner Is this the right one??
It's s4p1005 part number.
Also where's best to get the casings?

Other part numbers are 1257 and 5523 for aux belt snt timing respectively.
If someone can confirm these the right ones would be great.

Is it normal to replace the aux tensioner??

Aux belt tensioner for 110 jtd from eurocarparts is just under £20 delivered with promo code...I changed mine while I was there...whether its the same for your engine I'm not sure

I'm just not sure I ordered the right tensioner for the aux belt.
There are 2.
One is aux belt tensioner and the second is aircon tensioner... I ordered the second one as my model has aircon.
Anyone know for sure?

Hi

If it helps, mine has air con and it is only one belt, which is longer than the belts for cars that don't have air con, as there is no compressor pulley for it to go round.

Cheers yeah the belt I ordered is specifically for aircon models which is fine.
It's the tensioner that has me confused... There are 2 advertised on their website 1 is called aircon tensioner the other aux belt tensioner..there's hardly 2 tensioners on aircon model.

I have a 110 jtd with a/c and i recently changed the aux belt
i can only remember one tensioner plus an idler that i replaced
I suggest that you investigate and check thoroughly why the aux belt has failed
Crank pulley is a common fault on this cars and while you change the belt and tensioner change the little idler as well as my looked ok but close inspection found it to be worn and with sharp edges...

Cheers yeah I reckon the other one is the idler as one says adjustable the other says nothing.
I'll go with what I've ordered as replacing everything is a bit costly when it may have been a twig knocked it off.
If anything looks worn on dismantling I'll source locally.

If the crank pulley was faulty it would have surely be juddering.
