Looking at the damage you may not have to worry about selling her after all. If that goes through insurance that's new wing, door, mirror and also some work on the bumper, possibly wheel arch liner too. That's some bill and will likely render her an economic write-off.

i spoke to my insurance 2day but i think i for got 2 add my wheels to my policy(f**k) and they said if there aint no whitneses it mite be classed as 50 50 wich is slightly annoying considering i didnt do sh*t wrong!

i just spoke to rac and they got me a brand new 1.9 diesel bravo as a courtesy car the best thing is i anit wit rac 4 my insurance so no idea how they done it but they did!

Insurance companies will not accept passengers as witnesses.
Chances are, they won't take the bus passengers either..
Only 3rd party witnesses are used, so hopefully another driver will come forward, if not already done so..
If not, it will more than likely go 50/50.

there was only me and my gf in the car at the time and the bus only had the driver in it and yeah there were whitnesses but they didnt waana get involved and f**ked off before the police turned up....

Dont most buses have cameras onboard for safety now? Depending on the angle on the camera/s was, maybe it caught something? Its worth asking about it
