Asabove,always best to mailme as I dont always see every post. However, if you are the Lee who paid via his gf's paypal addy (Valerie) they were sent out around 17th to the address on the paypal account from which the payment was received.
Sent e-mail reply to the paypal one on 16th advising that they will be in post ASAP

Your membership card and letter were also sent to the same address on the 19th (after you had replied with membership details on 17th.
