Technical External Temperature Display

I have a late 2014 Doblo Mylife multijet MPV that has been converted into a windowlickers chariot LOL. It doesn't seem to be very well equipped, with only front electric windows and A/C. No bluetooth or any goodies like that. Should there be a display on the dash for external temp, or is that not fitted to this model? I don't have a handbook for the car so I can't look anything up.

Loads of after market temp gaguages on the market. Some dirt cheap.

I got one off amazon for under £5 delivered. Not 100% accurate, but gets you ball-park.
