I think that Sprinters and Dailys that are used to transport people have some kind of rack attached to the hinges. So might be they can be swiveled to access the rear of the van.
If not, a base of a towing hook installed bike rack and a coffer on top. Would also need to be foldable / collapsible.

It seem they don't have it for the triplets
Another one, it could rather be used as a base for a box, but same as earlier, they don't have it for the triplets

There's an information that it doesn't work with the 270 degrees hinges. But might be different with the triplets.
