Hello everyone,I was assured by the salesman,when I bought mine,that this red would not fade because it had a 'special'treatment to stop it doing so which is why Fiat charged £200 ish for the flat colour.
Mine is an 06 and has not faded in any way,yet,I would take it up with Fiat and ask them to explain the fading,and if it is normal paint,why they then charged the money and said it wouldn't fade.

my exotica red (56) is showing signs of 'pinking' on the mirrors, but i think its had a front and rear bumper respray with previous owner as the paint work is poopy. :bang:

My 57 TJet is showing signs of colour fade on the rear bumper and door handles. You can see they are a different colour then the main body work. Ive treated mine with decent wax since the day ive had it also.
Has anyone spoken to Fiat about this yet?
