im getting a powerflow exhaust fitted on tuesday but just wanting to see pics of peoples after market exhausts on stilos as i dont know whether to get the body cut for the exhaust to fit, my cars lowered 30mm and i dont want it catching on speed bumps etc but ideally dont want them cutting into my car either!! any pics or advice? thanks

how much are you paying if you dont mind me askin? im after a exhaust either full system or back box for my 1.8 16v and your not too far from me so it would be nice to know when the time comes etc (y)

i know mine is only a trim fitted onto the standard back box but the same principle applies i'm guessing . i did cut into my bumper but i think that it makes it look as though it is part of the car instead of looking a bit like an after thought. mine is also lowered 30mm but have had no problems with it grounding out at all.

hope this helps (y)

i really like the pic of this twin exhaust, anyone know if anyone makes a direct fit for the stilo like this or would i have to go down the custom exhuast option?? cheers.

Ragazzon make a direct fit replacement back box but it's expensive at about £300 or so. You could always get the original Schumacher back box for the Stilo from http://www.partsworld-uk.com/shop/i...uct_info&cPath=7_385_425_643&products_id=1137

It's probably worth getting a custom one done though to be honest as you can get it sounding exactly as you want and much more free flowing for about £300. Check out MIJ exhausts (y)

Its too dark for me to get a pic so i will try and get one tomorrow for you.
I would def have the exhaust pro fitted and the Bumper cut it looks soo much better.
If you are worried about cuting the bumper then i would suggest that you buy a tail pipe that isnt stupidly loud, and it will never need to be taken off the car.
I had mine custom made and it cost £350 i wouldnt scrimp on price as sometimes they dont cut the bumper properly and the zorst doesnt sit in the right place.

what dose the Schumacher box sound like?? anychance of a pic of it on a stilo aswell. i wanna get the remap and induction kit done aswell, has anyone managed to get discount buying these all together at once???

Apparently it's not far off the stock exhaust fitted to the Abarth :(

I'm sure that one of the Schumi owners should be able to show you a pic... or maybe Google Images will give you an idea (y)

That blue stilo with the double exit exhaust looks like the best option and for something a little more adventurous!
