Technical exhaust?

hey guys,whats the best 20v turbo exhaust good price n anybody took the cat out for extra power

my other half has a miltek (sp) very good exhaust allows the car to breath much better, its loud though. Its also decatted too.

The Milltek is about £325. It's fairly noisy, but the car is a bit more free-revving with it.

They also rob horsepower apparently! Although have thought so on a turbocharged engine. Supersprint are also very good as they are tuned to the car specifically & a few people on the forum recommend blue flame & there were some for the coupe 20vt on ebay recently.

I doubt any aftermarket exhaust would rob power, especially on forced aspiration engines where removing exhaust gas as fast as possible is beneficial for more horses.

I didn't think any exhaust benefitted a turbocharged engine as all the exhaust gases are used by the turbo?

A less restrictive exhaust is more important to turbocharged engines than for N/A ones. The turbo uses the exhaust gas from the manifold, but of course using a turbo means more gas to remove

How about a nice ATS euromaster jobbie? And you could add another cat just after the mid section, you know do your part for the environment.
