Technical exhaust

hey, i need a new exhaust from the flexi pipe to the back box as its rotting away!! nice im unsure what to do, i dont have much to spend as ive spunked around £800 on audio for my car! ideally i want something non standard where the pipe doesnt come out at the back facing down, what have other people done/suggest?

ive been quoted £70 to have a standard replacement or near £300 for a stainless steel straight through system where i choose the pipe and what sound i want (from powerflow) i want the car to have a slight noise from the exhaust but my old ibiza had a big exhaust on and frankly it annoyed the hell out of me, i just want something that has a nice little sound as i put my foot down (a bit how mine souns now as its blowing lol) but so i can still talk to people and listen to the music ive spent loads on getting good!

Get a standard system from the fitting shed in Brum. (Look on ebay). The standard will attract less observers sporting blue lights.

you wont get pulled for having a stainless system, as long as it isn't too loud.

Wouldn't go powerflow though, heard they're crap, try ragazzon

At a guess how much would a standard stainless system be? At my last MOT they said my exhaust was beginning to go so ive been thinking about how much itll be to replace it. I wouldn't mind spending the extra on a stainless system if it will last a bit longer!

im running powerflow, paid 60 quid for it off a written off stilo, get looking round some breakers some good systems on the cars,

as for noise its real subtle, drive it steady, you cant even notice it, give it a bit of stick and it gives out a nice engine note..
