Hi

Am a proud Palio owner since 40 months

Recently got a problem of excess heat in engine, even the needle touches the top most point in temporature meter. Two times changed the oil and once coolent.

How to solve it.

i'm not sure what engine the Palio uses

I'd be looking at bleeding the coolant system; making sure there is no air trapped in it. Check the condition of the radiator, check that the fan works. If it overheats very quickly I'd be looking at condition of things like the head gasket.

Hi
I dont know your palio's model year but if u have 2002 or older your car's radiator's cooler fan may not working.Or possibly car's thermostate may broken down you can check your car's heat thermostate and tune it in service.
take care...

If there is a blockage the engine block will not be cooled down and the remaining engine coolant will boil and excessive steam from the engine block.

Do not ignore it no mate. Get it fixed early and there will be no further issues.
Do u have to top the coolant up alot?
as the coolant ever been changed?
