Yeah, so if you a record a macro while you are editing the file to look how you want, you should be able to share that with whoever uses the download. The macro will record exactly what you do to the file, and as long as the downloads are always the same, itl work every time

Either that or set up a vb macro, so that when the users do what they do, they just click a button and the data is put into the right format in the first place. I used to write excel vb macros at my old place and would be happy to have a look at it
