I've just petrol in the multipla here in america and it contained 20 percent ethanol. Will it do anything bad to a 99 1.6 petrol engine?
(don't move this to the multipla section as no one there will have a baldy cause this is the only multipla in the states)

Oh, just another bit of random info Jim, it's a 2001 Multi you've got, not 99

I have run my parents Volvo on 15% for th last 12months or so, cheaper fuel and higher octane :devil:

And our V8 Supercars over here run 85% Ethanol, apart from a strange smell, no downsides
