General ESP unavailabe :{ Airbag problem :(

Hello All,
Im a newbie! and Ive ajust bought a 52 plate stilo, lovely car but every time i start it the Airbag warning light comes on and my ESP is unavailable... any ideas? ph and theres a spanner on my dash too... but I guess that means it needs a service,

any Ideas :worship:

Hi,

Do your brake lights stay on? if so your problem should be cured by fitting a new brake light switch--sounds odd but it worked for me and several others

Check the guides. There is a guide in there for fixing the airbag fault.
