Technical Error code C0031 mean?

The error code is something to do with the sensor on the hub? My Multiecuscan has confirmed there is something wrong with ABS mould, cable or sensor.

The ABS mould connect has been spray with electrical cleaner.
Still have the lights after moved the car over 5 mph.


The ABS cable connect is cleaner.
Still have the lights when moved the car over 5mph after clear error.


I am assure is the sensor? How can I double-check if is a faulty with sensor?
