Technical Error 1244 - Carbon Canister Solenoid Valve

Hello everyone,

Restoring a Punto GT2 and it tells me I have error code 1244, apparently its a bad solenoid valve, however, it is not, I found a plug that is not connected to anything on the right side of the car, exactly where said carbon canister is located, however, I can't, for the life of me, find the other side of the plug so I can connect their ends.

The car runs like crap, exactly like I've read on different topics, however, I can't find the valve.

I know where the carbon canister is, however I have no idea where the valve is, please, help me

i can't remember where it is on a GT, but its going to be part of or right next to the canister.. If you look at the canister there will be a pipe going back to the tank and another out into the valve, then out the valve to the engine - so follow the pipework and you'll find it.

I know the canister is under the driver’s side inner wing , the valve on my gt sometimes clicks when you dab the accelerator , there are two pipes that go through the wing to the canister but no wires , have you got a pic of the connector?
