Erm... I've managed to turn my screen to portrate.

erm, this maybe an easy one for someone to sort out, I've got an old dell running XP and I've just put a book on the keyboard and somehow changed the screen to it should be viewed portrate instead of landscape and I have no iead how I've done it or how to change it back, as I'm typing this the words are going up the screen

anyone know how to get it back to normal?
