Engine wont turn over ( sometimes ) !!

Hi , Could anybody help my ageing punto ?

Sometimes the engine turns over sometime it don't .....

I have a new starter motor , new battery , and also a new ignition switch too !
All the light come on as normal on the dash , and when it does turn over it starts first time ..... Have jumped a earth lead from the battery negative to good connection on the engine still no joy ...

really don't know what to try next .... Please can anyone help

Do the light dim as you try to start..?

No not noticeably ..... I just turn the key back and forth until it turns over could be first time , fifth , Tenth etc ...... Thanks for your reply ....

is there a starter relay as I can' seem to locate one in the manual .... !
