Engine trouble

I did not receive my paid for engine today from A and L autos in Lincolnshire and it doesnt look promising by reading some of the past threads. Feeling pissed off to say the least. Tried calling them no answer and breakeryard said that if a company has 3 negative feedbacks then they take them off their books, not convinced of that either!
