Engine Part Help!!!!

Hi everyone,
I am a new fiat owner and frankly know nothing about the cars. I have recently purchased a Fiat 600d and have discovered it has a bent push rod. I have looked all over the web for information on where to get a replacement but no luck. Can anyone tell me where I might find some parts for the engine? Thanks!

I have looked at Mr Fiat but they do not sell them.... Can you recommend someone in the UK that does sell them?
