Engine Out Job?

Hello, just took my Bravo 1.2 SX 2002 to the garage, as soon as I told him I had a Fiat he was unsure on working on it, when I told him it was the clutch he said he would have a look but if it was the clutch it would be a big job and he wouldn't do it. Does the engine need to be taked out for this and has anyone any idea on timescale or pricing inc. labour for a new clutch? Many thanks. Gary

The engine can stay where it is for this job, however the car has to moved off of it to another location for the clutch to be fitted

Mine cost £180 on same model for parts and fitting at an independant garage just over 18 months back
