Technical Engine mounts right and left, are they the same ?

Back from MoT, with a faulty left front engine mount.

I have a 2003 1,6 gasoline Multipla Left hand drive and have not been able to find a new left front engine mount (Fiat part 45543105) from any of the online sellers.

Called the local scrapyard, and they have one that is from the right belt side.

They look the same when they are still in the car, but is it possible to swap the two sides?

Have you tried a search on the forum ePER? It's in the blue bar, near the top of the page.

I couldn't find the part number you've listed for the left hand mount?

Thank you for the link.

It's two different numbers in ePer: left/46543105 - right/46510378, and it looks like the bottom plate shape is mirrored to fit in on the two different sides of the engine.

I will have to look on further for a left/46543105.
