Guys, the engine management warning light came on a few days ago in my 1.6 2001 Bravo and has remained on while driving. I probably shouldn't be driving it but I need to get around and have no funds to get it checked out yet. Are there any common causes, am I likely to cause a major problem by driving it, doing about 40miles a day at the mo. Car has not missed a beat from new. Have just put a new set of 17's on it, hence I'm skint.

Thanks

mines been on for over year and has never caused any problems!

If the light is on, the car is in limp mode and will burn more fuel than it should.
