September 2015 to September 2019. Euro 6 2287 cc F1AGL411D Twin EGR
this is engine data given by Alfaobd (even the free version) this refers to a 130 manual
now twin egr version was made until sept 2019 then a short lived version 2.3 with Adblue dont know the designation
well putting F1AGL4113 into a search engines gets a ref to

Ducato 2.3 MultiJet 140 AdBlue [2019 – 2021] F1AGL4113

Fuel type:Diesel
Engine displacement:2287 cm3 / 139.6 cu-in
Inline 4
Horsepower:138 HP / 140 PS / 103 kW
Maximum torque:236 lb-ft / 320 Nm
Top Speed:93 Mph / 150 km/h
Fuel Consumption - Economy Combined:40 MPG
7 L/100 km
34 MPG US

160 HP F1AGL4112

so the last charector identifies precise model 130,150,180 in earlier range 180 (4111),160,140 later.

No the emissions stuff is significantly different
A fuller answer would be no unless you had both side by side and could check all the mounting points and took all emissions inc ecu off the 4113 and fittrd to older . the LPEGR cooler fixings would also be neede d to be blanked off. too many as i think about it. Possible maybe, easy NO.

Great thanks for your reply, at least now I know I’ve got to find one with the same engine number
Thanks

If it's a motorhome then it should be on the Certificate of Conformity.
