email address for fiat finance

folks,

help needed, does anyone have any email contacts for fiat finance, as they completely ignore letters and the call centre has proven to be about as much use as a fishnet durex!!

Basic situation is, i rang for a settlement figure for my punto, and paid it off a couple of months early in May. I then get a cheque back, with no explanation for £26, which I am guessing is an adjustment. This was all in May
Since then, ive ahd 3 letters saying I owe over £200, and ringing the number on the letter leaves me in endless queues...........

All I want to do is resolve this, if anyone has an email addy for fiat finance , I would appreciate it as I'm running out of patience.......

I had an email from FIAT today about something I asked them three weeks ago (which in fact they had already answered in my thread on their own forum). They apologised for the delay due to a "system problem". Mmm, I sometimes use that one as well...
