Hello - I have a 2006 GP and have had some problems with it recently. Several months ago, the cooling fan stopped working and I took it to a local garage who replaced the fan and that sorted out that particular problem. I did notice that the steering was slightly heavier afterwards but couldn't see any connection between that and the fan. Within the last week I have been better a warning message about the running lights whenever I braked. The brake lights were working however. Today the speedometer, rev counter, fuel display, failed to work. The car drove fine with no mechanical problems but there is obviously some sort of electrical problem going on there.
I just wanted to ask for some advice - 1) is the cooling fan issue that I had several months ago likely to be a part of this? and 2) what is the easiest way of sorting out this current problem with the dials not working?
