Seicento Electrical gremlins

Hi so I own an 02 seicento and all of a sudden today in the pitch black my lights cut out, I have sidelights but no main or dipped. Also the lights on the heater don't work and the drivers window is stuck down. Checked all the fuses and relays with no luck so I'm pretty stumped.. Any ideas?

When you say you've checked ALL the fuses & relays does that include the High Amperage fuses behind the battery?
Bit strange so many different functions failing. Don't just replace the fuse -find out why it blew, there could be something nasty going on with your electrical system.
