Technical Electric windows.

Hello, I have a 2018 fiorino that doesnt have central lock or electric windows. I found a set of these locks and windows from a wrecked one. So I will install them on mine. I noticed that the the wiring till the door has many wires, after the door i only have 2 cables for the speakers but I also took the wiring for the doors . The problem is when I connect the new wiring to the plug that goes to the fuse box only mirrors work( i also took the electric mirrors). With some digging i got that because its not factory the bcm can't control them. So my question is. Is my bcm able to be programmed to control them ? Or do I need to setup my own relays to fix it ? Also if someone knows about the window motors, they have 6 pins and it uses five , can you please identify them for me? I searched everywhere and can't seam,to find the wiring diagram.

And... Ishk! about the tip of your fingers and nails. Get that fixed or don't post pictures with that.
