Ducato (Gen 3) Electric window switch

Hi, I have recently bought a Laika motorhome on a 2001 Ducato chassis. The drivers side e window switch will not work when pressed to go down. If I keep pressing it and messing with it, it will eventually go down and will close no problem It is a double switch, the other one is for the passenger side, which is OK I have Googled to see if I can find the switch assembly with no luck.
Any help would be great, I live in Perth Western Aus, the m/home was imported from the UK in 2011. I could provide a pic of the switch assembly if required.

the switch is most likely standard FIAT,

what supplier..?? the one I linked, says out of stock in ad.
