Electric Window Problem

The drivers side window is very slow when putting down. No probs going up. Just started happening in the last month.
Is there anything i can check?

Spray some silicone down the guides , works a treat

Fogot to add when you do it , wind the window down first ( don't want silicone on your glass ! ) , spray from the top of the guides down and then wind the window up n down a few times , repeat if needed .
