Hi

I am currently removing the front two winows from the Bravo... I have removed the engine so there is no power!!!

I got a car battery and used two wires to power the electric window switch and hey hey the passenger window went up so i could put it half way!

Tried this with the drivers window and the switch was haveing none of it? the light on the switch lights up but the motor aint working!!! now i might have shorted the motor! but the problem i have is i need to raise the window back up half way!

Is there a manual over ride or can i remove it another way?

Many thanks

Paul R

The driver side is one touch so it may go through a relay ?
you can try fit the battery in place making sure all the +wires are not touching -earth and see if it works using the switch on the door

Trev

ps if this will not work remove the door card remove the window from the
motor etc and prop up with a stick/or a piece of wood

if you've got a couple of lengths of wire, power the motor directly.

isn't there a plug to the motor?
a guy on our street has a marea and he reckoned that there was.
i'll ask him later if hes home.
