Hello from greece! My name is John and i am new in this forum..I have a cinquecento sporting 1996 mod and i want to put a electric power steering from seicento.if can help me anyone with electric wiring diagram from seicento becouse i cant fint it.and if anyone know if the seicento steering takes from car ecu any command?? Thanks very match and sorry for my English

Yes! you can put the Seicento power steering in a Cinquecento (Craigb244 & others on this forum have done this) -but it is not easy! I have read that you have to change the steering rack, the steering column, the top mounts & maybe other bits as well.
There isn't a Haynes manual for the Seicento but you can find the wiring diagrams in the 'Downloads' Section at the top of the page or you can buy a Workshop Manual disc on eBay for a few pounds.

WHY do you want power steering?.... I prefer power steering but many people don't like it.
If you want to change your steering from 4 turns (lock to lock) to 3 turns it seems you only need to put in the steering rack from a Seicento with power steering. https://www.fiatforum.com/cinquecento-seicento/219939-quick-rack-steering.html

Yes you can fit EPS to a Cinq.

You need the EPS column and ECU. You do not 'need' to change the rack or top mounts.

The biggest problem you will have is that the ECU requires a speed signal as the EPS is speed sensitive. The Cinq doesn't have that sensor. You can possibly design a circuit your self that will allow adjustment, but do not consider running it with full assistance, you will be off the road in seconds.

Mine is on my autotest car with custom top mounts and the quicker Sei rack and it is scarily light. Would never use it on the road.

I hope this is for a similar competition car.

Cheers

D
