Afternoon, I will start with the car a 2010 Bravo 1.6 diesel (105) multi jet. I have a non start fault at the moment which is suspected to be a low compression problem but suspected to be a sensor/vacuum related. The car cranks over but feels like it doesn’t have compression, then it almost starts with compression then feels like no compression again. I have someone doing some research but also doing my own. Ideas to check from anyone?
Now about blanking the EGR valve for testing purposes, I have read up on here but can’t find where the blanking plate goes. Is it on the lower part of the corrugated pipe next to the EGR valve at the back of the engine?
Thanks in advance for any replies,
