Technical Ecu needed

Hello everyone

My 1.9jtd will not start my mechanic has tried various things and fitted new parts including crank sensor but to no avail.

He now believes that the Ecu is faulty so i am wondering if any one knows where i can get a second hand Ecu Transponder and key from, i have checked ebay and find a part.

If anyone knows anybody who is breaking a 1.9 jtd i would be very interested.

do a search for ecu repairs, cost is normally £100 if they can fix it or just the postage cost if they cant

If all else fails maybe try remove cam pulley and change the 'cam sensor', Ensure cam pulley is cleaned up really well before refitting.Fit new cam belt recomended.

have you checked ECU fault code reading ?
