ecp:Drive "Stuck"

Hi - hope someone can help. Been using ecodrive with no issues for months, but now it seems to be stuck on one day (24th May) when I upload to date to my PC. It behaves as normal in the car, but on the PC 24 May 2009 just stays highlighted in green with the yellow arrow circling around. Seems to be stuck.

Any ideas?

Could I delete the file from the stick? If so, which file is it?

Have wiped the stick & reloaded it - still the same...

I have exactly the same problem, the programme is stuck on the 25 May, the yellow circle keeps going round and round, yet nothing is happening. Sure enough, the system is recording days after the 25 May, but will only give me mileage and number of journeys made, nothing else.

By deleting the user I understand you lost all your data, correct? Thing is, I want to keep my data collected so far, any ideas as to how is this possible?

Hi, exactly the same problem here as well , its been working flawless up until now, but tried last night and its stuck on 18th May .

I usually upload the data once a week but forgot last week.

I also hope someone can help.

Mine also did this. Think its been a bug in the software.

An update came down today. Just launch the eco drive software and it will prompt. Fixed it for me
