B&M Media Player Display - Stuck on 00:00 (USB).

Hi there,

I'm having such a headache trying to solve the issue with my Media Player. I play my music from a USB stick and have done since owning the car with no issues what so ever. I drive a Fiat Punto Evo 1.4 (60 plate).

For some reason the media player will no longer display the names of the tracks and the track length is stuck on 00:00. (Important to note I have made no changes since its last working state). However the music still plays.

I have tried updating (again) to the latest B&M and it updates no problem however does not fix the issue. I have tried different USB sticks, reformatting etc.

The only difference I have noticed since it stopped working was that normally when I put in a new USB stick the B&M will say 'searching for new media'. However it no longer does this.

Has anyone got any other ideas I might be able to try, this is really bugging me!

Exact same problem here! Driving me mad trying to fix and nothing works

I had this in my Punto Evo a bit ago. Pop the battery off for 30 mins or so and try again. Should fix it
