well i bought punto bonnet some time ago now, and still havent got a refund because i recieved it damaged, i keep emailing him and im getting no where, no replies, i keep phoning him getting no where either always turned off, what can i do?
it was with parcel2go.com or what ever its called, i payed for insurance is there anyway i will be able to get my money back by my self? i phoned them and they said no the sender is the only one who can do that.
i need my £100!!
