General ebay help asap

hi iv brought a car on ebay for 950 and 100 delivery charge this was thursday my check cleared the bank yesterday and couldnt pay the 950 by pay pal he sent an invoice for goods in description.
and 800 cash he wants total 1050
but now im getting no reply and its taking for ever its a deisel elx 1010.00 on the clock with no service history.

what should i do becouse iv got the rest in cash and he has my address but there is anouther multipla buts its got 150.000 on the clock and also desiel but no service history thats for 1380 included delivery and tax up till june and mot april
