I still have not received said product and have since sent these 2 messages:

Can you confirm whether or not you have posted this item as I have not received it yet and it has been 4 working days since you have received payment for it.

It is a heavy ish item so may take longer to send or they may have been away for a long weekend or had a computer problem or anything. they have good feedback and recent dealings so i wouldn't worry.

Sadly a large majority of ebay sellers are in no hurry to send you your paid for items, I won something on a Monday, the seller although not mentioning it was away with work until the Friday nite so I never seen the item till the following Wednesday and he didn't seem fussed, would have negged him but wanted to keep my +ve feedback.
