Ebay - 12MP HD DV Camera(To Be Trusted?)

hello people
basically this new years, im going on a massive road trip round wales with lots of mates...and obviously i need a decent ish camera to get everything captured on..atm ive only got my crappy HTC hero camera which is pants, so my question originally is, are these Cheap HD camera's actually worth it? ill post a link below;

well is that good enough for what i need it for? i know its not gonna be true full HD, but anything is better than my Htc hero.

Never tried one to be honest but I’d steer clear, also although the Title says 12MP it’s actually only a 5MP when you read the description.
I’ve got a Sanyo Xacti which is really good for what I paid for it (round the £100 mark about 6 months ago)

ok, yeah i wasnt too sure about the specs of them but like i said anything is better than my phone, yeah ill check that out now...what do you think to fujifilm av150? tis an HD cam aswell, 12mp still camera for around £70-£80.

If it’s mainly a top quality camera (with video recoding on the side) your after you can’t get better than the Panasonic Lumix models :worship:. Have a look at eBay for refurb ones and you may be able to get a good one for around 80-100.
If you like the Fuji cameras (which some do offer good function) have a look at the Fuji website because they sell manufacturers refurb models for a good saving.
