Hi guy’s
Ok, where to start, firstly I need some advice on an airbag problem, but first a bit of background.

13 November 2013 I hit a pothole, the motorhome was taken in for repair
n s f wheel bearing cup broken, and wiring connector smashed,
Wiring loom repaired by main dealer.

new n/s bearing cup fitted, van returned with a knocking noise.
new power steering pump fitted, van returned with humming noise.

new wheel bearing fitted.

Dealer repaired wiring loom, van returned.
Airbag light comes on, van back into main dealer, fitted new airbag computer.
Two days later airbag light come back on, back to main dealer.
Dealer calls to say they think this may be caused by low battery voltage on one cell, van starts and runs fine so they keep looking, then they say it's the ignition switch. so replace the ignition switch

One week later there is a loud knocking, goes back to repair, they call to say
1, the new bearing cup had failed and needs a new one, and the airbag light has come back on while taking it into the workshop, new bearing cup fitted and sent to main dealer for airbag light to be fixed, the garage

Main dealer says it a trapped wire and they have fixed it, collected motorhome.

Next morning airbag light comes on, Big row with main dealer so its back in today.
They call to say they think it’s the instrument cluster and may need a new one.

All the way through this the fault given has been bad ground.

Anyone have any ideas before I go mad ?

There are hundreds of wires over that strut thats the area to revisit. Very little space or slack to make a decent repair. A real autoelectrician would probably b a better bet.

Its under warranty so needs to go back to dealer, not all auto electricians are good they just get to spend a decent amount of time on the job.

Title says 2.8jtd warranty must be long gone?

Update

Well it seems it s the instrument cluster could be the battery they need to keep it another week to test

One big answer NO

The battery starts the van ok and showed 13.4v after charge and 12.8 v after stand for 12 hours but they are saying it has a dead cell ?
