Technical Ducato 244 2.8 jtd alternator replacement.

Hi, I want to replace my alternator.
It's beginning to fail.
I don"t know very well how to proceed.
There's not very much space to work on.
Anybody who's done the job?

How do you know that the alternaror is begining to fail? What are the symptoms?

How do you know that the alternaror is begining to fail? What are the symptoms?

Sometimes it marks 13,2V
Other times 12,8V.
Each time I start the engine voltage is different but never 14 V.
I think it needs to be replaced but I don't how to do it .
