Hi bought new radio for my ducato old one wasnt working,while taking old one out discovered wires were in a mess(probably why it wasnt working)someone cut them and tried to rejoin them.the new radio comes on but no sound even bought new radio help

f wring was in a mess, could have had 12v through speakers at some point. Would have burnt them out in a couple of seconds. Check the resistance with a multimeter. What year ducato is it?
